Job Responsibilities

Handling end-to-end Non IT bulk hiring for E-commerce and Logistics companies.

Hiring for profiles such as:

Delivery Executives

Picker & Packers

Inventory Executives

Field Sales Executives

Warehouse Associates

Store Executives

Sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment channels like:

Job portals

Social media

References

Field sourcing

Database hiring

Conducting screening and interview coordination.

Continuous follow-up with candidates till onboarding.

Achieving daily and weekly closure targets.

Maintaining strong coordination with operations and clients.

Working with dedication and taking extra efforts to close requirements on time.

Candidate Requirements

Experience in bulk hiring or blue-collar hiring preferred.
