Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and financial services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
  • Follow up on pending EMIs and overdue payments, if assigned to collections.
  • Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM or system.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for loan processing.
