Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Make calls to customers for follow-ups and business inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their product requirements, quotations, and orders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Respond to customer messages and inquiries on Instagram.
  • Contact potential customers and follow up with existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and share the details with the sales team.
  • Maintain customer follow-up records and update the status of inquiries.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer calls and messages.

Working Hours

  • Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Weekly Holiday: One day per week

Candidate Requirements

● Good communication and telephone-handling skills.

● Basic knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp.

● Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.

● Ability to follow up with customers regularly.
