Summary:

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative analytical approaches to address complex business challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their technical and analytical capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, data integration, and data management within cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data solutions to support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Ability to work with large and complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and support business objectives.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality standards, and best practices in data security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
