Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Line Chef, based on-site in Bengaluru. The Line Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes as per the menu, ensuring that food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards. Daily tasks include managing inventory, preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. The role requires maintaining hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food industry regulations.

Qualifications

1. Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
2. Knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment handling, and inventory management
3. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
4. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues and kitchen staff
6. Culinary certifications or relevant training is preferred but not required
7. Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is an advantage
