We are seeking an Observability SME to lead enterprise observability transformation initiatives spanning

Infrastructure Application and Digital Experience Monitoring The ideal candidate brings deep Infrastructure and

Application knowledge handson expertise across leading observability platforms and a strong track record of

driving monitoring maturity operational excellence and largescale enterprise implementations in complex hybrid

IT environments

Role Responsibilities Requirements

Responsibilities

Lead endtoend observability implementation projects across infrastructure application and digital experience

monitoring domains

Conduct observability and monitoring maturity assessments gap analyses and develop transformation

roadmaps

Architect and deploy enterprise monitoring platforms Infrastructure Observability SolarWinds LogicMonitor

Application Performance Monitoring Dynatrace Datadog AppDynamics New Relic across large hybrid

infrastructure estates

Design implement and continuously improve monitoring ing and Application Performance Monitoring

APM and Infrastructure Monitoring capabilities across hybrid enterprise environments

Develop HighLevel Designs HLD LowLevel Designs LLD SOPs operational runbooks and Known Error

Databases KEDB

Drive integration of monitoring platforms with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for automated event incident

and ticket management

Optimize ing strategies to reduce noise eliminate false positives and improve Mean Time to Resolution

MTTR

Manage project delivery operations teams and stakeholder communication including performance reporting

to leadership and customers

Publish case study best practices SOP and lessons learned to strengthen organizational observability capability

Act as an escalation point between the business customers and technical delivery to resolve issues

Required Skills Experience

Minimum 12 years of experience in Observability Monitoring and IT Operations

Handson expertise or Knowledge with observability and monitoring tools such as Infra and APM Observability

Tools SolarWinds LogicMonitor Datadog Dynatrace and CloudWatch

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloudnative monitoring practices Preferred AWS Cloud

Demonstrated expertise in Windows and Linux Servers

Working knowledge of one or more Infrastructures and Applications

Proven experience integrating monitoring platforms with ServiceNow for event incident and ticket automation

GF Confidential Need to know

Working knowledge of SSO integration eg Microsoft Entra ID and security tooling such as CyberArk

Exposure to AIdriven observabilityAIOps capabilities event correlation deduplication automated RCA

is a strong plus

Demonstrated experience leading global delivery teams operations management and enterprisescale

monitoring rollouts

Strong documentation skills HLD LLD SOP runbooks and experience presenting to leadership and customer

stakeholders

Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
