Branch Manager_BRANCH BANKING-Branch Head_Bangalore
- Responsible for managing the overall operations of a bank branch, ensuring smooth functioning and achievement of business targets. - Oversee customer service, staff management, and compliance with banking regulations. - Lead branch sales and business development initiatives to increase customer base and revenue. - Coordinate with higher management and other departments to implement policies and procedures. - Monitor financial performance and manage risk within the branch. - Ensure excellent customer relationship management and resolve escalated issues. - Drive team performance through training, motivation, and effective leadership. - Maintain branch security and operational standards in line with regulatory requirements.Job role
