We are currently seeking a DevOps Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

5. About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team and drive automation, deployment excellence, and platform reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps practices, GitOps methodologies, and GitHub Actions, enabling seamless software delivery and infrastructure automation across cloud environments.

You will collaborate closely with development, platform, security, and operations teams to build scalable CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning, and implement best-in-class DevOps practices.

6. In This Role, You Will

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
• Manage and optimize cloud-native deployments across Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployment pipelines and production systems.
• Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Build automated testing, deployment, and rollback strategies.
• Drive observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis activities.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce modern DevOps tools and practices.

7. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.
• Hands-on expertise in implementing GitOps practices using tools such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience with source control systems, particularly GitHub.
• Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD security best practices.

8. Desired Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, AWS DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes certifications, etc.).
• Experience with enterprise-scale Kubernetes deployments.
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls in CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code and governance frameworks.
• Experience with microservices-based architectures.
• Exposure to Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and automation mindset.
