As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications – MS Dynamics Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best-in-class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients 

Responsibilities: 

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Retail/Commerce solutions. 

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 

• Configure Retail modules including POS, Store Operations, Pricing, Promotions, Inventory, and Loyalty Management. 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams during implementation. 

• Conduct testing, user training, and post-go-live support. 

• Analyze and resolve functional issues while ensuring system optimization. 

• Required Skills: 

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Retail/Commerce. 

• Strong knowledge of Retail Operations, POS, Inventory Management, Pricing, and Promotions. 

• Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects. 

• Good understanding of business processes in Retail and Commerce domains. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

• Preferred: 

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. 

• Experience with integrations, Power Platform, and Azure services.
