What would you do? Own and drive the reporting governance, and delivery of reports and business insights that support operational and strategic decision-making. Translating business processes from our BPO Accenture RC team into meaningful reporting and analytics.• Candidate who is good in excel and MIS reports are looked at for these skills• A task of grouping a set of objects in such a way that objects in the same group (called a cluster) are more similar (in some sense or another) to each other than to those in other groups (clusters).• It is a main task of exploratory data mining, and a common technique for statistical data analysis, used in many fields, including machine learning, pattern recognition, image analysis, information retrieval, bioinformatics, data compression, and computer graphics.
What are we looking for? Primary skill - Cluster Analysis - P5 • Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows.• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting, metrics, and data models.• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.• Expertise in Power BI, Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.• Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.
Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain reporting governance and KPI frameworks. • Partner with our internal Accenture Resource Center team to understand process performance drivers and identify reporting needs.• Translate business processes, operational workflows, and stakeholder requirements into reporting solutions, dashboards, and measurable KPIs• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting outputs.• Identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities through data analysis.• Manage reporting priorities, planning, and stakeholder expectations.
