• Supplier Evaluation:
  • Assess potential suppliers based on their ability to meet product quality and delivery requirements.
  • Conduct on-site audits to evaluate supplier facilities, processes, and quality systems.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement supplier quality assurance protocols.
  • Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, including defect rates and on-time delivery.
• Collaboration and Improvement:
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to suppliers to help them meet quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of supplier evaluations, audit findings, and corrective actions.
    • Prepare reports on supplier performance and quality trends for management review.
