Job Description
Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers and generate leads for Bank of Baroda credit cards.
Credit Card Sales: Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, charges, and offers to customers.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through branch references, walk-in customers, calling, and other sales activities.
Documentation: Collect and verify customer documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, income proof, and other required documents as per bank policy.
Application Processing: Fill out credit card application forms accurately and submit applications for processing.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow-ups: Follow up with customers regarding pending documents, application status, and card issuance.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly credit card sales targets assigned by the organization.
Coordination: Coordinate with bank branch staff and the credit card processing team to ensure smooth application processing.
Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, lead details, application status, and other MIS reports.
