looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer follow-ups, field collections,

delinquency control, and recovery activities while maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end

recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a

smooth hiring process while building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

 Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.

 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.

 Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

 Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate records.

 Support employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.

 Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to company recruitment policies.

 Assist with HR activities and employee onboarding as required.

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

 Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.

 Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Good negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.

 Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.

 Proficiency in MS Office.
