HR Manager

Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR professional to manage complete HR and administrative operations of our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and hiring of factory staff and office employees.
• Managing employee attendance, leave, salary inputs and records.
• Handling joining, documentation, employee files and exit formalities.
• Maintaining discipline and resolving employee issues.
• Monitoring manpower requirements and staff turnover.
• Coordinating with department heads for workforce planning.
• Ensuring company policies and HR rules are followed.
• Handling employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Managing statutory compliance and labour-related documentation.
• Supporting administration and overall workforce management.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG company.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, attendance and payroll processes.
• Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently.
