Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • maintain data on excel
  • Identify and generate new B2B clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Handle sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closure.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable raw material solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics and internal teams for smooth order execution.
  • Conduct regular market research and identify new markets/customers.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and regular sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • RequirementsExperience in B2B sales, mining, minerals, raw materials, industrial products or related industries will be preferred.
  • Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Strong business development and networking abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work from office and travel for client meetings when required.
  • Candidates with an existing network in industries such as steel, cement, construction, manufacturing, power or other raw-material-consuming industries will be preferred.
