Sales & Marketing Executive

The Field Sales Executive is primarily responsible for direct field sales, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The main goal is to promote and sell Fivenet Broadband and Wi-Fi connections to residential homes, retail shops, and commercial entities within an assigned territory.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and canopy activities in assigned local areas.
• Product Promotion: Explain and demonstrate Fivenet Broadband plans, internet speeds, pricing structures, and current promotional offers to prospective customers.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company management.
• Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries professionally, understand their internet requirements, and recommend the best-suited plan.
• Documentation & KYC: Collect required customer identity documents (ID proof, address proof) and complete the onboarding and registration process.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with the technical and network installation teams to ensure timely connection setup and activation for new customers.
• Reporting: Maintain and submit daily field visit reports, sales pipelines, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
