Job Description

A Real Estate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) oversees the entire client lifecycle. They manage client relationships from lead generation and property viewing to post-sales support and handover. This role focuses on optimizing CRM software, maintaining client data, and coordinating between sales, legal, and finance departments to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Nurture prospective buyers, handle inquiries, and track interactions using Real Estate CRM Software.
  • Sales & Documentation: Assist clients with property visits, bookings, payment collections, and legal documentation.
  • Customer Retention: Resolve complaints, maintain strong buyer networks, and collect feedback to improve the customer journey.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with legal, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless property possession and after-sales service
