About the Company

Amanto’s International is an emerging FMCG food & beverage brand focused on delivering quality, great taste and professionally packaged snack products to consumers.

We are currently expanding our retail distribution network across Bhubaneswar and are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Job Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the retail market for our products by visiting shops, introducing the brand to retailers, taking orders and building long-term retailer relationships.

This is a field sales position involving regular travel within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, snack shops, general stores and other retail outlets in the assigned area.
• Introduce and explain Amanto’s International products to retailers.
• Generate new retail outlets and onboard new retailers.
• Take regular orders from existing retailers.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail stores.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers and retailers.
• Follow up with retailers for repeat orders.
• Track competitor products, pricing, quantity and market activity.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain daily records of shops visited, orders generated and new retailers added.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and outlet-opening targets.
• Coordinate with the company for stock requirements and order fulfilment.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with retailers.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in FMCG, field sales, retail sales or distribution will be an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Should be confident approaching new shopkeepers and asking for orders.
• Should be comfortable travelling throughout the assigned market.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Android smartphone required.
• Must be disciplined, punctual and target-oriented.
• Knowledge of the Bhubaneswar/Patia local market will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000/month

Additional: Performance-based incentives

Salary and incentives will be linked to performance and sales achievement.

Primary market:

Patia → Chandaka → Rasulgarh → Mancheswar → Bhubaneswar

The territory may be expanded as the company’s distribution network grows.

Important

This is a field-based FMCG sales job. Candidates should be comfortable travelling from shop to shop, meeting retailers and generating orders on a daily basis.
