Software Sales Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Lead who can take ownership of software sales and help us grow our customer base. The person will be responsible not only for generating leads and closing deals, but also for understanding customer requirements, guiding the sales process, and taking responsibility for achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for someone who has experience selling SaaS, hotel technology, PMS, POS, booking engines, CRM, ERP or other B2B software solutions and is comfortable dealing directly with business owners and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

● Take complete ownership of the software sales process from lead generation to closure.

● Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, references, networking and other channels.

● Conduct product demonstrations and explain software solutions according to customer requirements.

| ● Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, managers and other decision-makers

. ● Understand customer pain points and recommend the right Retrod solution.

● Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

. ● Negotiate with customers and work towards successful closures.

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate sales and customer information.

● Coordinate with the support, implementation and other internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

● Take responsibility for post-sales coordination whenever required.
