Job Description
Conduct daily site visits to designated clients to manage outbound logistics.
Check client invoices on-site, physically cross-checking descriptions, quantities, and part numbers against the actual material.
Execute system bookings by generating accurate Lorry Receipts (LRs) on the computer for every processed invoice.
Manage cargo identification by systematically labelling all packages and boxes prior to dispatch.
Supervise vehicle loading operations to ensure optimal space utilization, weight distribution, and transit safety.
Verify dispatch compliance to eliminate shipping errors and minimize transit damages.
● Can read and write English and use a computer.
● Must have own two-wheeler and driving licence.
● Responsible, and speaks to customers politely.
