We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Executive who can ensure a smooth and professional experience for our existing franchise customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle existing PCD Pharma franchise customers.
• Receive and process customer orders through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Create and process orders accurately in MARG ERP.
• Coordinate with the dispatch, accounts, and sales teams for timely order execution.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
• Keep customers updated regarding order status and dispatch.
• Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth order processing from order booking to dispatch.
• Mandatory RequirementsExperience in the PCD Pharma Franchise industry is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with MARG ERP is mandatory.
• Good typing speed (30+ WPM preferred).
• Comfortable working on computer systems and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of order processing and customer support.
• Preferred SkillsSoft-spoken and customer-friendly personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with good English communication skills and fluency will be given preference.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and calmly.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
