Marketing Operations Manager — V Do Marketing

V Do Marketing is a creative and digital marketing agency helping businesses strengthen their brand, improve their online presence and attract relevant enquiries.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Marketing Operations Manager to manage day-to-day marketing activities for VDM and our clients. You will work closely with the founder, designers, video editors and marketing specialists to turn agreed plans into completed work.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Understand each client’s business: Learn about their services, target customers, competitors and business goals so the team’s work follows a clear direction.
• Plan and organise delivery: Turn marketing priorities into monthly action plans, content calendars and weekly tasks with clear owners and deadlines.
• Coordinate the creative team: Prepare clear briefs for designers and video editors, provide references, track progress and manage revisions.
• Manage client communication: Gather requirements, request necessary information, arrange approvals and provide regular progress updates.
• Check work before delivery: Review content for spelling, brand consistency, correct information, suitable formats and alignment with the brief.
• Manage content publishing: Schedule and publish approved content, checking captions, links, account details and posting dates.
• Support campaign execution: Coordinate assets and tasks for social media, paid advertising, email campaigns and website updates. Flag missing access, assets or approvals before launch.
• Track enquiries and follow-ups: Keep lead records organised, ensure enquiries reach the right person and track agreed follow-up actions.
• Monitor results: Prepare clear reports on campaign performance, enquiries, conversions and project progress. Highlight what needs attention and recommend practical improvements.
• Improve internal processes: Maintain project boards, organised files, checklists and standard operating procedures to make recurring work easier and more reliable.

What we’re looking for

• Experience coordinating digital marketing projects, client accounts or agency operations.
• A practical understanding of social media marketing, paid advertising, content production and basic marketing analytics.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear and professional client communication.
• The ability to manage several projects, prioritise tasks and follow through without constant reminders.
• Attention to detail and confidence giving constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and a project management tool such as Jira, Asana, Trello or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools or WordPress is an advantage.

Projects move forward on schedule, the creative team has clear briefs, clients receive timely updates, and campaign results lead to practical next steps.
