🚨 WE’RE HIRING – MARKETING MANAGER
📍 Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Industry: Cattle Feed / Agriculture / FMCG
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and market presence
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze customer trends
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Manage branding, product promotion and customer engagement activities
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers
• Monitor competitors and market activities
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets
• Track marketing performance and prepare reports
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing / FMCG / Agriculture / B2B sector
• Experience in managing marketing campaigns and market expansion
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of market research and competitor analysis
• Strong team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Result-oriented and analytical mindset
• Willingness to travel for market visits
