Job Description
Handle manpower planning, recruitment and selection as per departmental requirements.
Manage joining, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
Maintain daily attendance, leave, shift, weekly-off and overtime records.
Handle monthly payroll inputs, salary processing, deductions and attendance reconciliation.
Manage PF, ESI, LWF,and other statutory compliances.
Prepare monthly HR MIS and management reports including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring status and manpower cost.
Monitor employee performance, confirmation, appraisal and increment processes.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
Coordinate with Department Heads, General Managers and senior management regarding manpower and HR requirements.
Conduct employee engagement activities, training and development programs.
Manage exit formalities, resignation, clearance, Full & Final settlement and exit interviews.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee files, HR records and HRMS/attendance system.
