Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Sourcing: Post job openings for specialized roles (e.g., chemists, QA/QC analysts, production operators), screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules. [1, 2]
  • Onboarding & Training Coordination: Manage new-hire paperwork, track mandatory safety/GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training logs, and coordinate orientation sessions. [1, 2]
  • Record Management: Maintain digital and physical employee files, updating records for certifications, medical clearances, and background verifications. [1]
  • Compliance & Safety Support: Help track compliance with occupational health standards, labor laws, and internal pharma industry protocols. [1]
  • Attendance & Payroll Liaison: Monitor daily attendance, leave requests, and PTO, forwarding verified data to the payroll team. [1, 2]
  • Employee Communication: Answer routine staff questions regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace guidelines. [1]
