The Role:

We are looking for a driven and articulate Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for warm, inbound leads generated through our YouTube channel, Instagram Reels, and live trading webinars. Your primary objective will be to guide prospective students, understand their trading experience, and enroll them in the right mentorship batches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inbound Lead Conversion: Act quickly on warm leads and inquiries, reaching out to prospects via phone and WhatsApp within minutes of their inquiry.
2. Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based conversations to understand a prospect's financial goals and align them with the appropriate Wise Bucks course (e.g., our upcoming Elliott Wave or Options trading batches).
3. Webinar Sales: Drive attendance for online live trading webinars and aggressively follow up post-event to close enrollments.
4. Objection Handling: Navigate concerns around pricing, time commitments, and market risk with confidence and empathy.
5. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of lead stages.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development, preferably within the EdTech space.
2. Market Knowledge: A foundational understanding of stock market terminology (e.g., Nifty, Bank Nifty, options, technical analysis). You don't need to be a pro-trader, but you must be able to speak the language credibly with prospective students.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Fluency in Punjabi is a strong plus for connecting with our local community.
4. Drive: Highly motivated by targets, incentives, and the opportunity to grow alongside a scaling institute.
