Job Responsibilities
- Maintain employee personal and employment records.
- Manage attendance, leave and employee documentation.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation and HR letters.
- Maintain employee files and HR registers.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing and payslips.
- Handle employee queries related to HR matters.
- Support performance appraisal and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee exit, clearance and full & final documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
