Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads and increase bookings.
• Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, website optimization, and search engine rankings.
• Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, captions, blogs, reels, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify, coordinate, and manage influencer marketing collaborations to improve brand awareness and reach.
• Coordinate model and celebrity photoshoots, including planning, scheduling, location arrangements, and shoot execution.
• Manage social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand image across all channels.
• Analyze campaign performance, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote spa services, memberships, offers, and new branch launches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Strong content writing, copywriting, and creative communication skills.
• Experience in influencer collaborations and celebrity/model shoot management.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, planning, and project management skills.
• Experience in the spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service industry is an added advantage.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
