Job Description
Position: Team Leader – Real Estate
Industry: Real Estate
Location: West Tambaram, Chennai
Experience: 2–5 Years in Real Estate Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Generate leads and support the team in converting prospects into customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Train and guide sales executives to improve their sales performance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and telecalling teams for lead management.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Previous experience in handling or leading a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market is preferred.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
