Job Description
Preferred candidate profile
- Manage daily office administration and facility operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, courier, transport, and other vendors.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, assets, and administrative records.
- Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Handle vendor bills, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Support meetings, events, employee engagement activities, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain MIS, documentation, and administration-related reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee and facility-related concerns.
