Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly, explain menu options, and process orders accurately.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, or plate light snacks and pastries.
  • Billing and Cash Handling: Operate POS registers, manage digital/UPI/cash transactions, and balance the cash drawer.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Clear tables, sanitize counters, wash utensils, and keep the seating area tidy.
  • Stock Management: Restock front-of-house displays, monitor inventory, and report shortages to management
