Civil Engineer

Ensure timely project planning, progress tracking, and accurate billing to clients by coordinating with project teams and finance, resulting in optimized cash flow, timely collections, and profitable project execution.

Responsibilities :

1.    Plan project schedules by analyzing project scope and resources using planning software to ensure milestones are realistic and achievable.

2.    Monitor project progress by collecting site data and progress reports to identify delays or issues, enabling corrective actions and timely completion.

3.    Prepare billing statements by verifying work completed against contracts and approved rates to ensure accurate client invoicing and on-time revenue realization.

4.    Coordinate with project teams by reviewing work orders, drawings, and site reports to validate claims and progress, minimizing disputes and errors in billing.

5.    Forecast cash flow by analyzing billing schedules and project expenditures to support management in financial planning and liquidity management.

6.    Update management reports by preparing weekly/monthly progress and billing summaries to provide transparency on project status and collections.

7.    Ensure compliance by adhering to contractual terms, company policies, and statutory regulations to avoid penalties and maintain client trust.

8.    Optimize planning & billing processes by suggesting improvements and automations to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timely reporting.
