Job Description
Customer Relationship Executive – Vi Store
- Handle customers and understand their requirements
- Drive prepaid, postpaid, MNP and new connection sales
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Promote and upsell Vi plans, products and services
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of transactions
- Maintain good customer relationships and deliver a positive store experience
- Follow Vi processes, compliance and store standards
- Contribute to overall store sales and performance
