Job Description – Floor ExecutiveLocation: Phoenix Marketcity, Chennai
Position: Floor Executive
Department: Mall Operations / Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the assigned floor.
- Monitor the floor and assist customers with their queries and requirements.
- Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the assigned floor.
- Support mall events, promotions, and other operational activities.
- Conduct regular floor rounds and report any issues to the reporting manager.
- Maintain necessary operational records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with mall policies and standard operating procedures.
