Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at Irthlife and foster a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
  2. Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
  3. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
  4. Support payroll and attendance coordination.
  5. Address employee queries and communicate HR policies.
  6. Assist with performance tracking and employee engagement.
  7. Prepare HR letters, policies, and internal communications.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
