KYC Executive

**Designation:** Apprentice Trainee

**Department:** Loan Document Processing

**Location:** Ambattur

**Work Timing:** 9:30 am to 6:30pm

**Salary:** **₹20k in hand*

*Key Responsibilities*

1 Collect and check customer documents required for loan processing.

2 Verify documents for completeness, accuracy, validity, and consistency with application details.

3 Handle documents such as KYC, income proof, bank statements, address proof, business documents, property documents, and other loan-related paperwork.

4 Enter and update customer and loan details accurately in the company's system.

5 Coordinate with sales, credit, operations, verification, and other internal teams regarding pending or incorrect documents.

6 Follow up with concerned teams/customers for missing or additional documents.

7 Scan, upload, categorize, and maintain documents in the appropriate system or digital repository.

*Required Skills*

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Basic understanding of loan and banking documentation.

Good data-entry and document-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.

*Important Notes* 

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

*Requirements:*

• Location: Candidates should live/move near Kosmo One IT Park, Ambattur to ensure timely commuting (approx 20KM distance).

• Skills: They must have basic computer knowledge and good customer interaction skills.

• Gender Ratio: We prefer two male candidates and one female candidate.

• Work Timings: The standard shift is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. They should be willing to stay late on exceptional days to complete pending work.
