Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive with hands-on experience working with industrial machines in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle machine maintenance, troubleshooting, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in manufacturing machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Carry out regular inspection and maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Work closely with the production team to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain basic maintenance records and report recurring issues.
• Work on-site and be comfortable with shop-floor/manufacturing environments.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Hands-on experience with industrial machines in a manufacturing environment is mandatory.
• Candidates with only theoretical knowledge or purely office-based experience are not preferred.
• Must be willing to work on-site and on the manufacturing floor.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Should be adaptable and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
• Experience with flexible packaging/manufacturing machinery will be an added advantage.

Experience: 3+ years preferred
