  1. Recovering overdue loan payments from customers.
  2. Visits customers' homes or workplaces to recover overdue loan payments.
  3. Builds relationships with customers to facilitate repayment.
  4. Negotiates payment plans or settlements in person.
  5. Submits reports and updates on collection activities.
