Senior Consultant - System Management
Job Summary
Responsible for administering supporting and enhancing BMC platforms including BMC Helix ITSMRemedy Smart IT Smart Reporting BMC Discovery BHOM CMDB and Asset Management Ensures system availability performance integrations and compliance with organizational requirements
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain BMC Helix ITSM Smart IT and Smart Reporting
Manage Incident Change Problem Asset Knowledge and Service Management modules
Support BMC Discovery CMDB population reconciliation and TKU updates
Administer BHOM monitoring solutions PATROL Agents and event management
Develop and maintain reports dashboards and scheduled reporting
Manage integrations with SAP Active Directory SMTP and other enterprise systems
Troubleshoot application infrastructure performance and integration issues
Implement security controls SSL certificates and user access management
Provide root cause analysis RCA system enhancements and automation solutions
Maintain technical documentation SOPs and operational procedures
