Tele Collection Executive

The key responsibilities of a Telecollection Executive typically include:

• Contact customers through outbound regarding overdue payments.
• Remind customers of pending dues and explain outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment plans and obtain Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments where applicable.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication while handling difficult conversations.
• Update customer records, call outcomes, and payment commitments accurately in the CRM or collection system.
• Follow up with customers as per the agreed payment schedule.
• Resolve customer queries related to billing, payments, or account status, and coordinate with internal teams when necessary.
• Escalate unresolved, disputed, or high-risk accounts to the appropriate department or field collections team.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and fair collection practices during every customer interaction.
