Job Description

Job Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team and handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and basic financial product enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant financial products
- Generate and qualify leads through calling
- Maintain accurate customer and call records
- Coordinate with the sales team for further processing
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements
- Decent communication skills in Tamil and English
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
- Previous telecalling, sales, banking, or financial services experience is preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets
