Job SummaryWe are urgently hiring a Telemarketing Executive for Bike Insurance Sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining bike insurance products, generating sales leads, and converting inquiries into successful policy renewals and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and sell bike insurance policies and renewal plans.
• Explain policy benefits, coverage details, and pricing to customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing and customer support.
• RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Tamil (additional languages are an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance sales, or customer service will be preferred.
