Job Description

  • Document Scanning: Convert all physical/paper documents into digital images or PDF files using a high-speed scanner.
  • Quality Control (QC): Check scanned documents for clarity, readability, and completeness. Re-scan any blurred, unclear, or missing pages when required.
  • Data Indexing/Naming: Save scanned files in the appropriate folders using the correct naming conventions and maintain proper file organization.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a daily logbook/record of all documents scanned and processed.
  • Data Security: Ensure the confidentiality and security of company documents and sensitive data at all times.
