Job Description
We are looking for a B.Pharm-qualified Business Development Executive responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and supporting the growth of pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Promote and explain pharmaceutical products and their key features effectively.
- Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into business.
- Handle client enquiries and coordinate for product requirements, quotations and orders.
- Develop new distributor/ networks and expand market reach.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports and regular follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development.
Required Skills
- B.Pharm qualification is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Sales-oriented approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
