Job Description

We are looking for a CCTV Technician for our retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, checking and repairing CCTV systems at stores.

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and related equipment.
  2. Do CCTV wiring, cable dressing and connections.
  3. Configure cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
  4. Check CCTV cameras regularly and ensure they are working properly.
  5. Troubleshoot and repair camera, recording and connectivity issues.
  6. Maintain CCTV systems and attend complaints from stores.
  7. Check power supply, cables, connectors and networking related to CCTV.
  8. Replace faulty cameras, cables or other CCTV equipment when required.
  9. Maintain basic records of CCTV installation, repair and maintenance work.
  10. Support other related technical and maintenance work at retail stores as required.
