-Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and cold calling.

-Recommend suitable insurance plans based on customer needs and budget.
-Explain policy features, premiums, benefits, exclusions, and claim procedures.
-Complete policy documentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
-Assist customers with policy renewals and claim support.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Stay updated on new insurance products and industry regulations.
