We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the company's growing team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and hiring for various positions.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and attendance.
• Handle onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll coordination, leave management and HR administration.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee databases and prepare HR reports.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
• Support performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR and labour-related requirements.
• Assist management in building a professional and performance-oriented work culture.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in FMCG, HoReCa, Sales or a growing organization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
