*About the Role*

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and socially active individual who is passionate about racket sports and building sports communities. The candidate should be an active player of Badminton, Pickleball, Padel, or Tennis, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will focus on driving sales, engaging with players, building customer relationships, and growing sports communities across all REPPP facilities.

*Facilities Covered:*

1- REPPP Mehrauli

2- REPPP Vasant Kunj

3- REPPP Vamoss South Ex

4- REPPP Preet Vihar

5- REPPP Khan Market

*Key Responsibilities*

*1. Sales Coordination*

Manage leads, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and court bookings.

Convert potential customers into bookings, memberships, and regular players.

Promote sports packages, memberships, and venue services.

Maintain sales records and customer databases.

*2. Community Management*

Build and grow racket sports communities across all REPPP facilities.

Engage with players and encourage repeat bookings and regular gameplay.

Organise matches, tournaments, social games, and community events.

Manage player groups and communication through WhatsApp and other social platforms.

*3. Customer Engagement*

Build strong relationships with players and customers.

Ensure a positive customer experience and address queries and feedback.

Coordinate with venue teams to improve player engagement and satisfaction.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

Must be an active racket sports player.

Excellent communication, social, and interpersonal skills.

Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with new people.

Strong networking, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.

Willingness to travel between REPPP facilities as required.

*Preferred Experience*

1–2 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, community management, hospitality, or sports operations.

Experience in organising sports events or managing sports communities is an advantage.

*Ideal Candidate Profile*

An active racket sports player who enjoys meeting people, building sports communities, developing customer relationships, and driving sales and engagement across multiple facilities.
