Sales Manager

Generate new B2B leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

Contact retailers, wholesalers, distributors, dealers, fancy-dress stores, costume businesses, schools and event companies.

Introduce our products and share product catalogues with potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Generate wholesale orders and achieve monthly sales targets.

Follow up regularly with leads and existing customers.

Develop new retailers, dealers and distributors.

Maintain customer data and follow-up records.

Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for customer orders.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders.

Collect market feedback and information about customer requirements and competitors.

Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements

1–5 years of experience in B2B / Wholesale Sales preferred.

Candidates with experience in garments, fashion, toys, fancy dress, costumes or related industries will be preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi communication and basic English.

Comfortable with phone calling and WhatsApp communication.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Target-oriented and proactive.

Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads into orders.

Candidates with an existing B2B/retailer network will be an advantage.
