About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and fast-moving Full-Stack & Mobile Engineer with around 2 years of experience. You won't be coding the slow, traditional way here—you'll be leveraging cutting-edge AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and LLMs to accelerate your output, write clean code, and build features at 5x the usual speed.
If you know your way around React, Node.js, and Flutter, and you love experimenting with AI to automate your heavy lifting, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Feature Development: Build and ship UI components in React, backend endpoints in Node.js, and screens/flows in Flutter.
AI-Assisted Coding (Claude Code): Actively use Claude Code and AI assistants for generating boilerplate, writing unit tests, debugging, and refactoring daily.
Rapid Iteration: Take product requirements, turn them into precise prompts/context for AI, and quickly iterate based on feedback.
Code Maintenance & Testing: Write clean, readable code and ensure everything works seamlessly across web and mobile platforms with proper testing.
Collaboration: Work closely with the senior team on-site, review AI-generated outputs, and maintain code standards.
Must-Have Technical Skills
Tech Stack: Solid foundational hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and Flutter (Dart).
AI Tooling: Familiarity or deep curiosity with AI coding workflows (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
Databases & APIs: Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and databases (MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
State Management: Comfortable with basic state handling in React and Flutter.
Qualifications & Mindset
Hustle & Speed: High energy, eager to learn, and obsessed with shipping products fast.
Problem Solver: Good debugging skills—knowing how to spot when AI hallucinates and fixing it quickly.
2 to 4 years of total hands-on software development experience
